Anyone can sign up for a trial. If you are already a Cvent Event Management customer, check your account first as you may already have access to the functionality available in the trial.
There are no geographic restrictions for trial sign up. The trial supports multiple languages and currencies.
The trial allows you to use all of the features of Cvent Event Management Professional. You can find a list of included features and capabilities HERE under the Flex column.
When you are ready to launch your event and start capturing live registrations, simply select the payment option that’s best for you. You can either enter your credit card and banking information when prompted and start capturing registrations right away, or feel free to contact us to inquire about other payment options at 571-444-8447 (if based outside of US, click HERE for best number, then press 2 for sales, 1 for event management)
Cvent Event Management Professional offers almost all the same RegOnline® features plus a few more additional ones (see comparison on the Cvent community RegOnline topic page. Cvent Event Management Professional is also better integrated with the rest of Cvent’s platform, which include a mobile app, onsite solutions, abstract management and more. Also, with this transition, customers now have access to our award-winning 24/7 customer support.

Cvent offers both contract and pay-as-you-go payment options for Event Management Professional to meet the needs of our various customers. If you elect to leverage Cvent Event Management Professional in our pay-as-you go payment option, we will match your existing RegOnline® pricing when you create an account and launch your first event in 2019. Just as with RegOnline®, you’ll see pricing when you initiate the launch of your first event in Cvent Event Management Professional. If you see pricing that does not match your existing RegOnline® pricing, please contact our support team to adjust it prior to launching your event.
