When you sign up for a free account, you can use all the features of the Pro plan for 1 event. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to create more events and use more features. No credit card is required to sign up for the free account.
No, you can be added as a collaborator to an unlimited number of events by another user.
Yes, you can collaborate in real-time by granting editing or view-only access to others with or without a Cvent Event Diagramming account. Different permissions can be set for each collaborator. If you are being added as a collaborator, you will receive an invitation to collaborate via email and can utilize the commenting feature to provide updates and feedback with stakeholders.
Yes, we highly recommend using our recommended Excel template, which can be easily downloaded from within the product. Once uploaded, your guest list will appear in the Attendee List and Manage Attendees Grid, making it easy to keep track of all your guest list changes in one place.
Yes, you can export floor plans and select which add-ons you’d like to download as well (I.e., equipment list, room notes, etc).
The number of floor plans you can upload to your account to reuse in future events.
To-scale documents detailing the floor plans are required. The best resource are CED files, marketing PDFs, or downloaded floor plans from other diagramming tools. We can use dwg, PDF, jpeg, png, and other to-scaled images.
A few examples are private training, in-person training, custom floor plans, custom floor plan measurements, on-site measurements, Interactive Floor plans, single sign-on, floor plan conversion, standard set conversion, Photo-Realistic 3D, custom objects, sales & catering CRM (space management), and account hierarchies. Additional add-ons coming soon are custom inventory catalogs and 2-way sync with Cvent Registration.
Yes, Cvent Event Diagramming integrates with a number of different partners including Tripleseat, Caterease, and more. With our upcoming integration with Cvent's registration product, you'll be able to sync your event data seamlessly, from Cvent registration to your Event Diagramming account. This means you can see changes reflected in real-time and manage your attendee list using the top-shelf seating visuals, keeping your attendee list all in one place. This integration will make it easy to sync data across products like Cvent On-Arrival, so you can stay on top of everything with ease. Keep an eye out for this exciting new feature, coming in 2024!
Cvent Event Diagramming is an intuitive and user-friendly tool. Chat support, on-demand webinars, and Certification is available to all users. Our Pro and Premium users have optional 1:1 trainings and only Pro users are offered a personalized onboarding. All users can also access Cvent’s Community at any time.
