HiBob is a modern and global HR platform that enables mid-sized businesses to create remarkable work experiences. With a presence at around 15 trade shows nationally and countless worldwide each year, HiBob previously encountered many challenges with lead capture solutions offered by event organizers. In turn, having a single source of truth in Cvent means HiBob's trade show managers can access lead data at any point, giving them up-to-the-minute insights into performance. Sales managers are able to connect with highly qualified leads sooner, resulting in higher chances for oppoprtunity generation. With iCapture, HiBob now has a direct bridge between their markety strategy and sales outcomes. This allows their sales teams to work the best leads while marketing nurtures the rest.
