BACKGROUND

HiBob is a modern and global HR platform that enables mid-sized businesses to create remarkable work experiences. With a presence at around 15 trade shows nationally and countless worldwide each year, HiBob previously encountered many challenges with lead capture solutions offered by event organizers. This included a lack of standardization with lead capture processes, as well as the need to increase trade show efficiency. They also wanted to gain better visibility into their events as a whole.

CHALLENGES

Navigating inconsistencies across trade shows

HiBob tried many different lead capture solutions across their events, but no single solution provided the needed consistency. Spending long periods of time training on multiple lead capture solutions led to inefficiencies. In short, their sales teams needed to be able to spend their time where it mattered most - on generating leads and driving conversions for the business. They also struggled to gain visibility into event performance, relying on inconsistent data from event to event.

APPROACH

Streamlining HiBob's trade show strategy with iCapture

Seeking to redefine their lead capture process across their trade shows, HiBob decided to utilize Cvent's iCapture solution. They outlined three primary goals in their approach. First, they wanted to create a consistent system for their teams to ensure one process across their trade shows. This would help maximize the sales team's valuable time, allowing them to better capture leads and rely on a singular source of data. In turn, this would also help improve their overall trade show efficiency. Onsite reps would be able to capature, sort, qualify and deliver valuable leads in an instant. Having a singular system meant trade show managers would have visibility into all leads and data in one place, allowing them to better assess performance across their events portfolio.

Powering lead generation with one consistent solution

iCapture allows HiBob to ensure consistency at every trade show with a single app to capture, priorize, and deliver leads to their team. The easy-to-use app immediately syncs with a company's CRM, allowing sales managers to capture and qualify conversations on the show floor that can be served-up as sales ready leads in no time. By creating a single process with one solution, sales reps at HiBob were able to train once on the tool without the need to retrain on new tools for each event.

In turn, having a single source of truth in Cvent means HiBob's trade show managers can access lead data at any point, giving them up-to-the-minute insights into performance. Sales managers are able to connect with highly qualified leads sooner, resulting in higher chances for oppoprtunity generation. With iCapture, HiBob now has a direct bridge between their markety strategy and sales outcomes. This allows their sales teams to work the best leads while marketing nurtures the rest.
