Promethean has reimagined and reinvented educational technology solutions to empower teachers and students globally. They attend large tech events which feature escape rooms. Alongside the success of their escape rooms in driving traffic, Promethean also wanted a lead capture system that provided more opportunity for personalization and quality conversations than rented lead scanners.
Managing disjointed systems across Promethean's events
They suffered from delayed follow-up for leads captured at their events as a result of the inconsistent systems they utilized. They also lacked visibility into events, with an inability to differentiate leads from various activations like their booth versus their escape room expeirence. Morevoer, they lacked conssitency across events in terms of platform usage. They often had to change systems to suit each event, requiring their team to learn or relearn tools each time.
