The Cvent Excellence Awards honor the work of Cvent customers from around the globe. The 13th annual awards program will recognize the ingenuity and dedication of the industry's top event professionals, marketers, and hospitality professionals as they help drive the industry forward.

Any current Cvent customer worldwide who has demonstrated measurable results in the meetings and events industry may submit.

No, you do not have to be registered for Cvent CONNECT in order to submit. All finalist organizations receive two (2) free Cvent CONNECT registrations.

Submissions for this year's Excellence Awards will open in January 6, 2025. Submissions will now close April 7, 2025. Please fill out the interest form on the home page of this website if you would like further information from our team.

Due to the number of high-quality submissions we receive, we plan to announce three (3) finalists and one (1) winner in each category.

Finalists are announced before Cvent CONNECT via email and on this website. Winners are announced live during the awards ceremony during Cvent CONNECT.

All finalist organizations will be compensated for up to two (2) complimentary Cvent CONNECT registrations. Finalists will receive a plaque of excellence. Winners will receive a personalized award and a post-event media kit to publicize their success.

Yes, if a third party would like to submit on your behalf, they may do so with your organization's express approval. This includes members of your Cvent account team. Should you win, we ask that you confirm recognition with your third-party colleague, who may accompany you onstage to accept the award.

Yes! You are encouraged to submit for as many awards as you like. You may use the same submission for multiple categories, or you may contribute a unique submission for different categories.

Absolutely! We would love to have you submit again if you are a previous winner of the Cvent Excellence Awards. However, we ask that you do not submit the same content or example referenced in your previous submission.
