Here at Cvent, we bleed blue and consider ourselves one big family! Since Cvent was established in 1999, our footprint across the world has grown extensively and we are excited to keep expanding. We wanted to share some insight into our various offices across the world to get to know the Cvent Client Success team a bit better. Enjoy!

Themes include places, musicians, influential men, and, the newest floor, influential women. In the office, there are representatives from nearly every department including Client Success, Sales, Account Management, Technology, Human Resources, Training and Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and our Executive team including our CEO, Reggie Agarwal. There are currently 46 Client Success Advisors and Solution Specialists in HQ. Each year, HQ has a massive Halloween contest throughout all of the floors. Entire teams decorate the halls to compete and win the grand prize. They even made it on the front page of Reddit this past Halloween because of the contest. Some fun team outings the Client Success team have done include karaoke, Peddle Pubs, Painting with a Twist, axe throwing, Escape Rooms, and more!
Office: Singapore
The Singapore office was established in 2017. They just moved to a larger office this past April, and this is the fourth Cvent Singapore office. This office includes Hospitality Cloud and Event Cloud Sales and one Event Client Success Advisor. They are currently growing their Client Success presence! This office has a birthday tradition where a cake gets smashed in the face of the birthday boy or girl. In October 2018, the office took an exciting team-bonding trip to Batam, Indonesia.

The London office officially opened in the summer of 2013 in the trendy brick-lined commercial district of Fitzrovia in a building previously owned by Twitter. The Twitter staff graciously left them their company mugs with the logo for them to use until Cvent got a set of their own. The office is made up of a majority of non-English native speaker. There are even two confirmed previous X-Factor contestants. The teams that reside in this office include Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. There are 35 Client Success Advisors and Solution Specialists. Special office traditions include monthly chair massages, monthly networking happy hours, and bagel Friday. This team has gone to a floating restaurant on the canal and attended a Great Gatsby themed play.
Office: Dallas, Texas
Cvent acquired the Dallas office in late 2016 after merging with Lanyon, but Lanyon moved to this location in September 2014. The Dallas office is right off of the historic McKinney Avenue Trolley line in Downtown Dallas. They are blocks away from the Dallas Museum of Art and Klyde Warren Park. The office has a lot of legacy Lanyon teams that support the Business Transient, Passkey, Cvent Conference, and RegOnline products. There are currently six Client Success Advisors and two Solution Specialists. A few fun traditions for the office include breakfast and a happy hour the first Friday of every month. They even have special beer steins for these occasions that say, “Bleed Blue, y’all” in German! The group attended the State Fair of Texas where they enjoyed the fried food and games the fair has to offer.
Office: Fredericton, Canada
The Fredericton office was established in 2014 through the acquisition of a company called OneLobby. It is primarily a technology office and there are teams working on all facets of the product. In Client Success they have Solution Specialists, Implementation Analysts, and Client Success Managers. There are currently nine Solution Specialists and continue to grow! The entire office has a tradition of celebrating "Beer Friday" happy hour with the keg in the kitchen. They also love going to local pubs as a team!
Office: Melbourne, Australia
The Cvent Australia office was established in 2017. The office offers incredible views of many Melbourne icons - the Yarra River, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Rod Laver Arena, Parliament House, National Gallery of Victoria, the Arts Centre spire, Botanic Gardens, Dandenong Ranges, and Port Phillip Bay. There are many teams in the office including Client Success, Sales, and Marketing. There are currently two Client Success Advisors (soon to be three) and one Client Success Manager. They host weekly boardgame nights called CrowdCrumpets. They also do weekly office lunches on Fridays and have celebrations for special achievements and team-bonding.
Office: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Cvent Philly office was established in 1997 as StarCite. Their current office, which is located outside of Philadelphia City Hall, was established in June 2018. This is actually the fifth location in Philadelphia since StarCite Inc. was launched as a spin-off from McGettigan Partners. There are many teams in this office including Client Success, Customer Support, Data Services, Sales, Technology, Implementation, Professional Services, and Onsite Solutions. There is currently one Client Success Advisor. The Philly office loves potlucks and does one at least once a year! They're also extremely competitive when it comes to March Madness brackets. The team has attended a Flyers’ hockey game and enjoyed their holiday party at The Moshulu, which is a 4-masted ship that was featured in The Godfather II.
Office: Portland, Oregon
The Portland office was established in January of 2015. The office has a mural that shows the entire CrowdCompass journey and has 10+ dogs that hang in the office every day. Some of the teams in this office are Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Human Resources. Currently, there are four Client Success Advisors and looking to grow! One special tradition is their monthly lunch for the whole office. They also enjoy activities outside of work together including bingo nights, happy hours, hiking, and even celebrating dog’s birthdays.
Office: India
The India office is one of our largest! They have an area called the Cyber Hub just behind the office, which has amazing eateries and clubs for the Cventers to enjoy. There are members of all teams in this office. Within Client Success, there are currently seven Client Success Advisors and two Solution Specialists. Special traditions this office revolve around amazing Indian festivals such as Diwali, Holi, and EID. They are celebrated with great pomp and show, and plenty of delicious food and sweets! The teams enjoy special outings. Last year the Client Success team went to Shogi together! They also love planning parties for one another.

The HQ office was established in August 2014. HQ is quite large, with four floors and two towers. Each floor has a specific theme and each tower represents an era throughout history.
