Kathy Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer at Cvent and is responsible for the company’s global financial operations.
Prior to joining Cvent, Kathy spent nearly 25 years leading the financial strategy for multi-billion-dollar organizations such as Citrix and Kaseya. During the course of her career, she participated in over 70 transactions, including managing the significant $6.2 billion acquisition of Datto. Kathy embraces a customer-centric approach that has led to high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
At Citrix, she played a pivotal role in helping to scaling the company from $350 million to over $3.3 billion in revenue and transitioning the business to a SaaS-based model.
During her tenure at Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software, Kathy oversaw finance, HR, legal, and sales strategy across its entire portfolio, including subsidiaries like Datto, Unitrends, and RocketCyber.
Kathy's accolades include being named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS by The Software Report in 2021 and winning the 2023 Stevie Gold Award for Woman of the Year in Accounting & Finance, as well as the CFO Award for Financial Deals of the Year in 2023.
