Andreas Heckmann
Andreas Heckmann is the Global Chief Customer Officer at Cvent. He brings more than 30 years of experience driving customer success in the enterprise software space.
As Chief Customer Officer at Cvent, Andreas Heckmann leads Cvent’s 1,500+-person Client Services organization, spearheading initiatives that further enhance, streamline and scale the end-to-end Cvent customer experience while ensuring client satisfaction. With his background in electrical engineering, specializing in data technology, Andreas brings an innovative and forward-thinking approach to enabling customer and employee success in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Cvent, Andreas spent more than 24 years with SAP, serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Solution Support & Innovation. He oversaw a customer service organization of 10,000+ employees, leading strategy for both customer service and product development. Andreas also played a critical role leading SAP through its critical transformation from on-premise software to cloud solutions, as well as in the integration of all of SAP’s cloud acquisitions and SaaS / PaaS solutions.
Andreas brings a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion to Cvent after serving as SAP's executive D&I sponsor for many years.
