The Amsterdam Convention Bureau used the post-pandemic reopening as a chance for a fresh start. As demand began to return, they worked on building the city’s reputation as an international group destination. Cvent played a key role here as it allows the CVB’s team to grow their reach, provide more detailed venue information, and streamline the planning and sourcing process for venues and organizers.
