Meetings and events will always be the cornerstone of collaboration and relationship- building. Even though planners and venues agree that the current economic climate affects the entire meetings and events industry, the future of events is secure.
Across the survey, we saw one recurring theme: Planners need more time and resources, so they rely more on technology for venue sourcing. Hotels and venues must provide even more information upfront to help planners decide which space is the right fit for their event.
