Terms and conditions:

  • This referral program (the “Program”) is open to everyone, not just clients.
  • Your referral must convert into an executed contract with Cvent within 180 days of your form submissions.
  • Self-referral will not be accepted
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals. However, please note that any false referral or abuse of the Cvent referral system will result in disqualification of the referral.
  • The referral fee is available only for individuals who have referred a new customer who signed an agreement with Cvent within 180 days from the referral date. The referral credit is not available for referring existing customers of the product your referred to (the referral must be new to that Cvent product).
  • This Program is only valid for Cvent license products excluding Inquisium and Cvent Express/PayGo .
  • To be eligible for the referral fee, you must explain the Program to your referrals and obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information to be used by Cvent who will contact the referral.
  • Eligible referral fees will be released to you once the referral conversion is completed.
  • Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid in Cvent’s sole discretion if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified.
  • The referral payout will be a $500 gift card.
  • You cannot refer yourself.
  • Cvent, Inc. reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to decline services to a referred client at any time.
  • Cvent, Inc. may discontinue its Referral Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
  • Cvent, Inc. may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason.
  • In the event of conflicting referrals, Cvent, Inc. reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals.
  • You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Cvent, Inc. or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Cvent, Inc.
  • Referral fees are calculated and paid on a monthly basis via gift card mailed to you.
  • The service invoice(s) must be paid in full to be eligible for referral fees.
  • The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Cvent, Inc. Services or prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Cvent, Inc. Services.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Cvent, Inc. referral Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program.
  • By submitting a referral to Cvent, Inc. you are agreeing to and accepting the above terms and conditions.
