Cvent Celebrates First Anniversary of Office Opening in Australia
Company to Launch Cvent Express Challenge at AIME 2018
MELBOURNE. February 21, 2018 – Cvent, the global leader in meeting and event management technology, is today celebrating the first anniversary of their office in Melbourne, Australia. Cvent has signed more than 1,000 customers in the APAC region.
In the one year since opening the doors to a dedicated Australian office, Cvent has secured an esteemed network of in-house and event agency clients - including Meetings and Events Australia (MEA), Microsoft Australia, Cotton on Group and Salvation Army of Australia.
To celebrate this milestone, the company is launching the Cvent Express Challenge to the business events industry at the Asia-Pacific Incentive and Meetings Expo (AIME) in Melbourne.
Delegates are invited to test the time it takes to set up an event website, launch an event, register and print a badge with Cvent Express - and take the opportunity to set a new Cvent global record.
The Cvent Express Challenge global roadshow has seen delegates at IBTM World, Barcelona, Cvent CONNECT, International Confex and IMEX, Frankfurt compete with the current record set at 6.09 minutes.
Cvent brings this challenge to Australia to showcase how fast and simple the event management process can be, and to demonstrate how their world-leading technology is reinventing the way event planners manage, market and run events across Australia and Asia.
