We're getting closer to our annual user conference Cvent CONNECT every day! We can’t wait to have over 3,000 event and hospitality professionals, partners, and Cvent experts descend upon The Venetian | The Palazzo in Las Vegas.

But before you jet off to catch your flight, make sure you know what to bring to this year's Cvent CONNECT! Use this checklist to cover your bases.

What to Pack

Attire: For all daytime events, the dress code is business casual. Bring beach attire for our Evening Event sponsored by Caesars Entertainment and Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub at the Cromwell.

Shoes: Pack shoes that are comfy and good for walking. Ladies, consider wedges and flats or bringing a pair of flip flops to switch when you walk back from the night out. Gel inserts are always a good idea for both men and women!

Layers: It might be over 100°F in Las Vegas, but the conference rooms tend to be chilly. It’s best to bring a sweater or light jacket for your comfort.

Extras: Las Vegas has a hot, desert-like atmosphere and a dry heat. Bring lotion, eye drops, and lip balm. Don’t forget to bring any medication, vitamins, or health-related items! You’ll be meeting a lot of people and you don’t want to get sick. Bring your Fitbits and count those steps!

Stay CONNECTed

Download the Mobile App. Choose sessions to attend, review your personal appointments, submit session and conference feedback, and receive the latest news throughout the conference. Don’t be left out, have everything Cvent CONNECT related at your fingertips.

Don’t waste your data plan, connect to our conference Wi-Fi throughout the week! The Wi-Fi network and password will be on your name badge.

Get social before you arrive! Follow #CventCONNECT on social media and start posting your Cvent CONNECT moments on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

It's always a good idea to bring extra chargers and a portable charger as well.

Tips & Tricks

Stay hydrated! Bring a reusable water bottle to ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and before you go to bed.

We look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas for Cvent CONNECT 2018!
