There’s so much data and so many details that go on behind the scenes of an event to make it successful. But, how do we collect all the data we need without overwhelming the registration and attendee experience? By leveraging the Internal Information feature in the Cvent Event Management solution, you’re able to store specific data for your invitees without having to request it during the registration experience.
Internal Information
Consider Internal Information like a Registration Question, but only visible to you and your fellow Cvent users. You can create your question by navigating to Website & Registration > Surveys > Internal Information. This will bring you to a page to begin creating your questions in various types, including but not limited to Single Answer, Text Field, and Date/Time format. Once the question is created, you are ready to begin adding your data. If the question is for a few individuals, feel free to add it directly through their Invitee Record. If it is for many invitees, consider importing the responses.
One of the other fantastic aspects of this feature is that you can report on the data or view it within the Invitee Record, but you can also add it to emails and name badges through Cvent data tags to optimize your events. Watch this 20-minute, on-demand webinar, Ssh, Keeping Important Details Internal for more tips and tricks on how to use the Internal Information feature within your events to streamline your registration process while maintaining the level of detail you need to successfully run your event.
