In Person Just Means More
With more in-person attendees expected than in 2022, when over a thousand planners showed up in person, Cvent CONNECT truly underscores the importance of coming together face to face. The group business industry, and Cvent itself, was built from a desire to make sure people could easily and effectively get together. Now, year after year, we get together to celebrate our past and future wins.
We always have returning attendees who can vouch for not only how much they enjoy the conference, but how many new and lasting connections they made. It’s a chance to see old friends from previous years and make new ones. We even set aside some time for first-time attendees to get to know each other.
We found being back in person in 2022 so fulfilling, and we’re hoping you’ll join us there in 2023 to experience it, too.
Party Like It’s Tradeshow Day
Tradeshow day at Cvent CONNECT is a biggie for hoteliers and event planners alike to secure future business. But you know what else it is? A lot of fun. Whether you’re just enjoying checking out all of the booths and what wonderful presentations everyone has put together, enjoying a sandwich carried around by some of Cvent’s own (they’ll also be collecting customer stories if you want to share your experience with them), or mingling with old or new friends, there’s so much going on at the tradeshow that it’s impossible not to enjoy it. And exhibiting is its own brand of fun; you get to be a show-off, and no one gets to judge you for it.

It’s Not Just a Lecture Series
We promise, we’re not just trying to talk your ear off about business and best practices. We’re also offering a few entertaining keynote sessions, which are always a blast. Last year, we got to hear Allyson Felix talk about her career as an Olympian and a mom and Nyle DiMarco recount his experiences as a Deaf man using technology, and this year’s keynote speakers are just as exciting!
Our CEO Reggie Aggarwal always kicks off the conference with a fun and inspiring keynote addressing what he sees coming in the next year. We’ll also hear from our awesome guest keynote speakers: Deanna Marsigliese, Art Director at Pixar, Jennifer Hyman, CEO of Rent the Runway, and Hannah Beachler, an Academy Award-winning production designer for many Hollywood productions (including Black Panther!).
We Love the Night Life
And finally, we don’t want the fun to stop after the sessions end! We have evening activities planned for Tuesday and Wednesday, including a night out at Brooklyn Bowl and our annual party at Drai’s Beach Club and Night Club. We want you to have this time to relax and enjoy your time in Las Vegas!
