What do surveys, tie dye and Salesforce have in common? Well, we’re here to answer that for you today.
The Inquisium team was in San Francisco October 4-7 at Dreamforce, Salesforce’s annual user and industry conference. We were the crew in purple tie dye, spreading the word about our new Salesforce Integration. The shirts and integration were a huge hit and I think we’re still tired from 4 non-stop days of demos, great conversations and networking.
There are 3 key takeaways that I want to share which not only resonated with us, but the broader Dreamforce community.
- Salesforce is releasing a new artificial intelligence (AI) product called Einstein. This new AI engine will power the entire Salesforce platform to drive smarter interactions for marketing, sales and customer service. For the new Inquisium Salesforce integration, imagine how ratings and reviews (i.e. subjective commentary and quantitative feedback) can inform an artificial intelligence engine to better understand business data. That is at the core of our integration – bringing feedback and business data together.
- Salesforce Lightening is relatively new and is adopted by just 10% of the apps on the Salesforce AppExchange. Salesforce is really pushing to get all apps converted by Q1 of 2017. Lightening allows you build enterprise-ready apps, quickly and easily and our app is no exception.
- Finally, I have to give a short plug to our new Salesforce Integration. Since it made its debut at Dreamforce, it was extremely well received by attendees who visited our booth. Many attendees expressed that other competitive integrations are too complex and hard to configure. With our wizard-style setup and seamless configuration to standard and custom objects, it just works.
If you didn’t get a chance to visit Dreamforce, I hope this recap helped you relive a little bit of the excitement. If you were there, I hope you remember the tie dye team and our great new Salesforce integration.
