A Connected Campus
Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and Global Center for Health Innovation connects meeting planners to 390,000 total square feet of prime space. Connected to the 600-room Hilton Cleveland Downtown and within walking distance of nearly 4,000 hotel rooms, Cleveland’s one-million-square-foot convention center campus is a convenient location to host small executive meetings or large industry trade shows.
Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland
At the Huntington Convention Center, trade shows and events can spread out in the 225,000-square-foot exhibit hall, which is divisible into three halls. Planners have access to more than 140,000 square feet of meeting and event space, 30 breakout rooms and a 32,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, divisible into three spaces.
Global Center for Health Innovation
A focal point for healthcare meetings, the connected Global Center is home to 45 of the world’s leading healthcare, health IT and medical innovation brands. Connecting meeting planners with industry leaders, the Global Center’s Tenant Partners provide access to healthcare-related content and speakers for educational programming. In addition to providing industry resources, the Global Center offers 20,000 square feet of ballroom and atrium space along with multiple breakout rooms.
Technology
The Huntington Convention Center and Global Center features an all-encompassing technology package with internet speeds that are 20 times faster than the average internet connection. Ranking among the most technologically advanced convention centers in the world, our network is capable of hosting 15,000 devices simultaneously at speeds of 1 billion bits per second.
Design & Production
PSAV is the preferred on-site audiovisual provider offering an extensive line of audio, video, projection, lighting and staging equipment. Whether planners need audiovisual, creative, digital, exhibitor, staging, network, projection, rigging, mobile, app, or visual services, PSAV will help create a memorable experience where attendees can share ideas that inspire change.
Food Service
Levy Restaurants is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage services for the Huntington Convention Center and Global Center. In addition to sourcing produce from Farmer Lee Jones of the Chef’s Garden for local, sustainable and organically raised produce, Levy operates “The Real Farmville” located outside the convention center. An urban farm, “The Real Farmville” is home to numerous Honey Bee colonies, making Levy close to being 100 percent self-sustainable for honey, in addition to a brood of chickens sourcing 25 percent of the eggs used by Levy.
Accessibility
Cleveland’s convention center campus is an easily accessible location for attendees traveling without a car. From Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), attendees can take the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) Red Line, departing every 15 minutes from the airport, and arrive at the RTA Tower City Rapid Station. From Tower City, attendees can take a 10-minute walk or free RTA Trolley ride to the convention center and Global Center. For attendees traveling by car, more than 4,000 parking spots are locating within walking distance of the convention center campus.
