From sliced prosciutto to fresh French croissants, there is no need to leave your hotel for a satisfying morning meal.

After a full day of meetings or sight-seeing, the AC Lounge is the perfect space to get-together with your colleagues or friends over their full-service bar. Enjoy their signature cocktails, local craft beers, and small plates in their spacious dining and seating area.

Alter Ego
Alter Ego is located on the ground floor of the hotel, decorated with gorgeous modern interiors with art pieces from local artists. They also have an open patio with a view of Downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. I wouldn’t blame you if you eat here even if you aren’t a hotel guest. Alter Ego serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, plus they have a menu of hand-crafted cocktails. Our favorites? Their Katsu Chicken Sandwich or the Ego Burger, made with Canopy Angus blend, Spiked Aioli, and Bacon Jam.

Alibi
If you’re thirsty for more, head upstairs and try Alibi, Canopy by Hilton Tempe’s rooftop lounge. This is where you can catch a sunset, sit poolside, and sip on a nice cold drink all at the same time. They also offer a poolside bites menu, which is inspired by street food from around the world. Try their Poki Sampler or their Steamed Pork Buns for some great bites.
