Rose Haven Heritage Garden is home to more than 1,600 roses. Picnic table seating is available, or the area can be customized as needed. Vitagliano Winery’s pond is surrounded by colorful pansies, delphinium and other aromatic blossoms. Emily’s Garden at Carter Estate Winery Resort provides vegetables and herbs for the restaurant chef, as well as a charming gazebo centerpiece with vineyard rows in every direction. Pechanga Resort Casino’s rooftop garden on the fourth floor is home to indigenous plants and Native-inspired cultural installations.

BOTTAIA Winery welcomes meetings and mingling with wine and charcuterie at their attractive outdoor firepit. Wilson Creek Winery offers many options for corporate clients, including grape stomping team challenges and food/wine pairings. Carter Estate Winery Resort includes a lovely pool area with The Vineyard Grill for a “cool” wine country meeting. Mount Palomar Winery has multiple outdoor venues that seat from 4 up to 1000 people. They feature beautiful views, classical statuary, an array of plants, and budding flowers for every season.

Meeting planners can make a splash at a poolside venue under the golden sun. The Grapeseed Spa at South Coast Winery Resort offers luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Recently opened, BOTTAIA Winery includes The Pool at BOTTAIA, a nod to Mediterranean beach clubs. Unparalleled vineyard vistas, private cabines, and a Pool Café + Cocktail Bar provides an immersive poolside experience. Pechanga Resort Casino’s 4.5 acres pool complex is perfect for large groups, complete with cabanas, umbrellas and couch seating. Adjacent to the pool complex is a 26-thousand square foot lawn space that can host everything from group meetings to breakout sessions and receptions. Embassy Suites has been a popular site for poolside meetings and receptions over the years with their junior Olympic size pool and plenty of function space, in addition to a lower patio for a pondside setting.

Temecula Creek Inn has two compelling fireside locations, Cork|Fire Kitchen patio with views of the golf greens and Fireside Patio in the meeting area under the stars with strings of lights draped overhead. Pechanga Resort Casino’s pool complex invites groups to gather with several fireside locations to choose from that include couches and comfortable outdoor seating. Pechanga’s Journey’s End restaurant also offers fire pits on the patio with gorgeous golf course views. For cooler evenings, a grand indoor firepit is another option.
