This centre for sustainable development was the first LEED Platinum NC building in Québec located in the heart of Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles. It’s an innovative place that houses the offices of several organizations with social and environmental values. PALAIS DES CONGRÈS DE MONTRÉAL
Montréal’s convention centre was among the first in North America to be BOMA BEST 3-certified, and has many sustainability initiatives under its belt, including an urban agriculture lab on its roof.
