Looking for a truly original spot to reemphasize direction and team-building for your staff? Then you’ll love Irons Oaks Environmental Learning Center, a 38-acre wooded preserve in Olympia Fields, Illinois.
Irons Oaks provides the ultimate in experiential training programs coupled with a fun, safe environment that will help take your business professionals to the next level of achievement.
Featuring a climbing wall, crate climbing and high ropes course (30-35 feet off the ground), participants are equipped with safety harnesses while navigating customized group programs (four or eight hours in length). The Corporate Reach training program enhances professional skills with collaboration, communication, problem-solving, accountability, trust, introduces tools for enhancing interaction, and provides guidance for action plan development to integrate team principles into daily operations, and much more!
While some of the training is physical in nature, everyone has the power to decide at what level he or she wishes to participate. Those brave enough to tackle all the Irons Oaks challenges return to their offices with a greater understanding and appreciation of their individual skills and how their contributions impact group effectiveness, thus creating measurable improvements/results.
If bringing the Corporate Reach training program to your Chicago Southland location is easier, great news! The Irons Oaks staff is mobile, and will bring their training activities to your location, so no more excuses!
For those less adventurous, Irons Oaks Environmental Learning Center offers two quiet, comfortable indoor rental meeting venues. With seating available for up to 80 people in their 1,300 square feet of meeting rooms, the property is ideal for conferences, small meetings, staff retreats and other social events. Feel free to bring your own food and drink or ask Irons Oaks for their list of preferred caterers.
Part of the Chicago Southland, Irons Oaks is just a mere five-hour drive from eight different states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin) with accessibility to six interstates. The area also boasts two International Airports (Midway and O’Hare), proving you won’t find a more convenient original adventure location in the Midwest!
