Located in the lobby foyer, the distinctive circular Ballroom is a unique, elegant and commanding function room that can accommodate up to 286 guests. The Ballroom and foyer allows vehicle access ideal for luxury product launches.

Offering high ceilings, silk upholstered walls, and flamed mahogany partitions, Fairmont is a flexible meeting venue. This beautifully appointed room can host up to 110 guests for dinner or be divided for smaller meetings.

The Library is a warm, cozy yet luxurious venue in a private setting with antique books lining the walls, a fireplace and a custom-made boardroom table. It can easily accommodate up to 40 guests and is best suited for boardroom meetings and private dinners.

Park Lounge located on level 19 features spectacular 180-degree views of the city skyline, Melbourne Olympic Park and Fitzroy Gardens. Spanning over 240 square metres, this space is entirely customisable and includes a reception area and fireplace.

All these meeting and event spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art technology supported by renowned audio-visual requirement.

Rooms

This 245-room hotel boasts of the most spacious guestrooms and suites in Melbourne.
