ROOM ATTRITION POLICY: (for reduction of rooms) 364 - 250 days prior to group arrival date: the hotel will allow a maximum reduction of 10% of total rooms reserved for the group without liability, based on the total amount of rooms confirmed during the previous revision period. Any rooms canceled in excess of the allowed reduction will be charged one night rental. 249 - 91 days prior to group arrival date: the hotel will allow a maximum reduction of 10% of total rooms reserved for the group without liability, based on the total amount of rooms confirmed during the previous revision period. Any rooms canceled in excess of the allowed reduction will be charged two nights rental. 90-31 days prior to group arrival date: the hotel will allow a maximum reduction of 5% of total rooms reserved for the group without liability, based on the total amount of rooms confirmed during the previous revision period. Any rooms canceled in excess of the allowed reduction will be charged three nights rental. 30-0 days or less prior to group arrival date: Any rooms canceled will be charged full stay penalty. Rooms reducing the occupancy and the number of nights will be charged as the original room block. Early departures and No Shows will be charged for the entire dates of reservation. The Hotel will accept name substitutions 15 days prior check in with the same or greater room occupancy and same number of nights as per original room block. CANCELLATION POLICY OF ENTIRE GROUP: 365 - 250 days prior to scheduled group arrival date: Full cancellation of the entire contracted room block will generate a charge equivalent to one night charge of the total estimated room revenue derived from the group room block confirmed at the time of cancellation. 249 - 181 days prior to group arrival date: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 2-nights stay charge per each room reserved. 180-91 days prior to group arrival date: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 3-nights stay charge per each room reserved. 90-61 days prior to group arrival date: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 4-nights stay charge per each room reserved. From 60 days prior to group arrival date: Complete cancellation will result in total charge for the entire stay. Applicable cancellation charges will be based on the contracted rates of each specific room reserved category and occupancy.
