Sarovar Portico is centrally located on Bhavan's College Road, Khanpur, the commercial district of Ahmedabad. This places it only 1 km from the downtown area, 3 kms from the railway station and 8 kms from both the international and domestic airports. TERMS AND CONDITION :- 50% Advance payment against confirmation (non refundable in case of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances), balance 50% of the payment shall be made 10 days prior to the function & final payment if any, strictly at the end of the function by Cash / Credit Card /Cheque (Local Cheque only). Management reserves the right to cancel the function if the payment is not paid on time. All charges will be levied and calculated on the actual number of person or the guaranteed number of person, whichever is higher. In case the number of person increases, the Management will offer food and service for only 10% above the number of guaranteed person. There on the Management will levy a 20% surcharge (in addition to the rate per head) for any further increase in the number of guests. DJ engaged for any function has to be chosen from our short listed panel. All types of flower decoration, hall decoration or stall arrangements would be provided by our vendor with an additional charge. The management will levy an additional charge, if functions / events extending beyond 11:30 pm. We shall only provide service as agreed in contract and the rate agreed upon. Any services or amenities required by guest in addition to those agreed as per contract, shall be chargeable and provided as subject to availability. The management shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by an act of God, Nature or accident or failure of any services, which are beyond the control of the Management. Prices for additional service & conditions may vary according to the premises chosen. Please check with your function coordinator. Government taxes shall be levied, as applicable.
