必须向活动协调员发送书面取消通知(“取消通知”)。如果客户在预定日期前超过六十 (60) 天取消活动,20 F Street NW 会议中心将退还从客户那里收到的所有费用和押金,但不可退还的活动租赁空间预订押金除外。如果客户在预定日期前六十(60)至三十(30)天之间取消活动,则客户应没收活动 不可退还的活动空间预订押金,以及为其他人提交的任何其他费用和押金的50% 服务。如果客户在预定日期的三十(30)天或更短的时间内取消活动,则客户应没收所有收到的费用和存款。20F不得无故单方面取消合同。
