必须向活动协调员发送书面取消通知（“取消通知”）。如果客户在预定日期前超过六十 (60) 天取消活动，20 F Street NW 会议中心将退还从客户那里收到的所有费用和押金，但不可退还的活动租赁空间预订押金除外。如果客户在预定日期前六十（60）至三十（30）天之间取消活动，则客户应没收活动 不可退还的活动空间预订押金，以及为其他人提交的任何其他费用和押金的50％ 服务。如果客户在预定日期的三十（30）天或更短的时间内取消活动，则客户应没收所有收到的费用和存款。20F不得无故单方面取消合同。
