Fairmont is a leader in sustainability programs. We have completely eliminated the use of single-use plastics from the guest experience. While we have not completely eliminated them from our heart-of-the-house, we continue to modify our procurement policies as we work toward our goal.

The Fairmont will be installing a comprehensive solar power array to generate power starting in 2025.

Yes, Restaurant is currently closed due to local regulations, outdoor and lounge dining is available. Tables and chairs are seated apart a minimum 6 ft and large parties above 6 person are not permitted as per local guidelines.

The Fairmont continues to clean our public restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
