Glasson Lakehouse is a Four star lakeside golf hotel located close to Athlone in County Westmeath in the Midlands Ireland. The hotel offers 70 spacious bedrooms including standard rooms, deluxe rooms and suites and 6 meeting rooms, including a ballroom overlooking the lake.

Cancellation/ Amendment policy is as follows: • Cancellations and Amendments must be notified in writing to the hotel. • In all circumstances all deposits paid are non-refundable. • Up to 60 days in advance of arrival THE CLIENT may cancel 75% of the accommodation without charge. • Up to 30 days in advance of arrival THE CLIENT may cancel 25% of the rooms originally reserved without charge. • Up to 14 days in advance of arrival THE CLIENT may cancel 10% of the rooms originally reserved without charge. • Full prepayment is required 14 days in advance of arrival. • Cancellations must be made by email, letter, or facsimile, telephone cancellations will not be acceptable. • Any rooms cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total room nights cancelled. • In all group circumstances Glasson Lakehouse will endeavor to re-sell the rooms cancelled; this in turn will be deducted from the client’s invoice.
