Estancia La Jolla is home to 26,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, accommodating groups of up to 750 in the light and airy La Jolla Ballroom. When general sessions wrap up, attendees head to The Woodlands, the heart of the lush 10-acre campus. This conference center contains nine ballrooms and breakout rooms of various sizes, including the 125-seat Theater featuring individual workstations for all attendees. Each detail of The Woodlands was intentionally designed to optimize the meeting experience, from special light bulbs that prevent eye strain, IACC-approved ergonomic chairs and built-in break stations that come standard with every conference package.
