If the sponsor/organization cancels an event: • Sixty (60) working days or more prior to the event, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. The term “working days” as used herein shall mean Monday through Friday but will not include holidays. • Thirty (30) working days up to fifty nine (59) working days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. • Seventy three (73) hours up to twenty nine (29) working days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit will be refunded • Within seventy-two (72) hours of the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
