Our Underwood flagship venue, located only 7 minutes from Old Street station, is six unique spaces all under one roof. All bask in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set-up possibilities. Underwood Lofts are all located on the 3rd floor: • the New Victorian Loft – our largest space - elegant soft furnishings – 180 people standing – 160 in theatre – 140 in cabaret • the New White Loft – our brightest space – 130 for a reception -120 in theatre – 90 in cabaret • the Chalet – our homely room joining both lofts which can be rented as a break-out or catering space in conjunction with the Underwood Lofts Palm Room located below the New White Loft on the 2nd floor • our haven of tranquility • 120 people standing – 110 theatre – 90 in cabaret – 40 in boardroom Galeria and The Studio on the lower ground floor • Our 2 creative spaces • Galeria – the perfect blank canvas for fashion shows, photo shoots, as well as pop-up, corporate and networking events 150 reception – 120 theatre – 11o cabaret • The Studio – a blank canvas space adjacent to Galeria – 80 reception – 60 theatre All our spaces can be hired separately or in any combination for your specific needs. 10. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION 10.1 Where the Customer has terminated the Contract by way of written notice in accordance with clause 9.4, the Customer agrees that: (a) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with 90 Business Days’ notice, no Charges will be incurred by the Customer; (b) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with between 90 and 61 Business Days’ notice, Lumiere shall be entitled to 20% of the Charges, excluding Catering Costs; (c) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with between 60 and 31 Business Days’ notice, Lumiere shall be entitled to 30% of the Charges, excluding Catering Costs; (d) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with between 30 and 15 Business Days’ notice, Lumiere shall be entitled to 60% of the Charges, excluding Catering Costs; (e) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with between 14 and 8 Business Days’ notice, Lumiere shall be entitled to 90% of the Charges, excluding Catering Costs, and 25% of Catering Costs; (f) In the event that the Customer terminated the Contract with 7 Business Days’ notice (or less), Lumiere shall be entitled to 100% of the Charges.

We have different capacities in each room, maximum seated in the biggest room is 175 people, other rooms fit between 40 to 120 persons. *Our sleeping rooms are available at our partner hotel, nhow hotel, only a 7 min walk from our venue.

Our partner hotel, Nhow, is only 7mins walk from our venue and provides 190 beautiful bedrooms. The hotel was designed by Sir Norman Foster’s acclaimed architectural firm Foster & Partners. This designed hotel is located at 2 Macclesfield Road between the Old Street and Angel Stations in close proximity to trendy Shoreditch and City. The hotel themed is ‘Old London Reloaded’, it was designed by architect James Soane and combines British icons with unconventional contemporary elements. These include a Big Ben rocket sculpture in the lobby and a wood installation around an LED fireplace. Across eight storeys the hotel features a restaurant, bar, gym, networking spaces and meeting rooms. We offer 190 bedrooms including 7 suits and one The Penthouse Suite. Hotel has also 50 twins perfect for sharing.
