沙巴國際會議中心（SICC）位於亞庇市中心，是一個佔地六公頃的多功能綜合體，是婆羅洲最大的海濱專用會議、展覽和娛樂設施。 SICC 的平面圖分佈於五個樓層，設計精心設計，擁有寬敞的無柱式會議廳，配有可分為三個部分的伸縮隔斷系統。每個多用途大廳最多可容納 1,500 名代表，總面積為 6,800 平方米，包括廣泛的預辦區域。 在單獨的樓層，有三個連續的展覽廳，包括一個 5,200 平方米的靈活活動空間，以及六個會議室和私人 VVIP 休息室。頂樓設有 13 個私人會議室，而三樓則設有貴賓室和 VVIP 貴賓休息室，通往沙巴首個世界級表演藝術大廳的大堂。兩層露天劇場可容納 1,250 人。 連接主大堂，佔地 7,000 平方米的戶外廣場，坐落在島嶼和南中國海的日落背景下，非常適合舉辦露天活動。
