The Renter may cancel this Agreement prior to the date of the event; provided, however, one-half of the Rental Deposit shall be not be refunded if cancellation occurs thirty (30) days or less from the date of the event. If a damage deposit is made that fee is refundable in the event the Agreement is cancelled prior to the date of the event Date of Agreement execution 50% of the Rental Deposit is due. Seven business days prior to the event 50% of the remaining balance is due. Within 15 business days following the event the balance of any additional fees, including any Damage Deposit is due
