The Crown Hotel has become one of the premier venues in Harrogate for business and pleasure. The Hotel has created a contemporary environment which complements its historic architecture and pays homage to its heritage as a great town centre property. We have 114 non smoking bedrooms including single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, triples, quadruple, executive double rooms, suites and executive suites. Our smallest capacity room will host up to 25 delegates, whilst the largest will host up to 400. We have full conference facilities and can provide complete catering for all of your guests. With the capacity to hold intimate dinner parties from 10 guests or receptions for up to 700, we pride ourselves on our reputation as one of the leading venues in the area for wedding receptions, dinner dances, awards ceremonies, charity fundraisers and private dinners.

48hr cancellation policy for any individual bedroom reservations. Cancellations by the Client must be in writing sent by recorded delivery and will result in the charges below becoming due. In each case the percentage charge is based on the advance notice of cancellation given and applies to the estimated total cost of the Booking. Faxed and email cancellations are not acceptable : ln the case of Wedding Bookings, Banqueting and Special Occasion Bookings: in excess of 26 weeks prior to the even - the non-refundable deposit is retained by the Hotel between 26 weeks and 35 days prior to the event - 50% within 35 days prior to the event - 100% In the case of Corporate Bookings: 35 days prior to the event - 25% between 35 days and 7 days prior to the event - 50% within 7 days prior to the event - 100%
