Here at ZED451 we provide a modern upscale grilling experience that consists of globally-inspired cuisine. It is very gourmet and very different from most restaurants. To begin, you and your guests will visit our harvest tables where we serve gourmet salads, cold pastas, homemade soups, artisan cheeses, breads, and charcuterie. Then, when you are ready, our tableside chefs will approach your table with the steaks, seafood, poultry, and wild game that each of them have prepared for dinner. You will be able to try a little of what all the chefs have to offer throughout your event!
