The Varsity Hotel and Spa is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Cambridge city centre making it the perfect place for your next event. Cancelling Individual Rooms Up until 6 weeks before arrival, up to 50% of the contracted room nights can be released from the group for no additional charge. The extra portion of the initial 20% deposit paid on the full amount of contracted room nights can be put towards payment of the next instalment due. From 6 weeks before arrival to 3 weeks prior to arrival date only 10% of the current quota of room nights you have can be released. The extra portion of the initial 50% deposit paid on the full amount of contracted room nights can be put towards the final payment. All cancellations must be made in writing (by mail, email or fax) to The Varsity Hotel & Spa. Rooming List A rooming list is required in writing (by mail, email or fax) at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Any unallocated rooms (without names of person(s) staying there) after we have received the rooming list will be released and no refund given. Non Arrivals If there are any non arrivals these will be subject to a charge of the full room rate per night and no refunds given.
