The Hungarian State Opera House, located on Andrássy Avenue is a neo-Renaissance opera house. The building was designed by Miklós Ybl, a major figure of 19th-century Hungarian architecture and was opened to the public in 1884. The season lasts from September to the end of June every year and, in addition to opera performances, the House is home to the Hungarian National Ballet.

The Andrássy Avenue is one of the main shopping streets in Budapest where the guests can find the stores of the highest brands and also a variety of neo-renaissance mansions. The avenue was recognized as a World Heritage Site in 2002.

The Hungarian Parliament Building, a notable landmark of Hungary, is located 2 kilometers away from the Hotel and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The parliament is located by Danube river on the Pest side of the city.

The iconic St. Stephen's Basilica, 10 minutes (or 850 meters) away from the Hotel on foot is located in the heart of the city and is surrounded by high-rated restaurants and bars.

The Gozsdu Court and the streets nearby are perfect places for day- and nightlife activities too, as numerous restaurants and bars take place in this area.

The Heroes' Square is one of the major squares in the city, noted for its iconic Millennium Monument. It is surrounded by 2 important museums: Museum of Fine Arts and Palace of Art and is located between Andrássy Avenue and City Park.
