When a WTC is in Intelligence Service and Internet operational Networking it would create so many and different advantages to its Member Businesses. It could have a substantial role in assisting foreign Businesses to comply with such a "must". It could assist their members in enhancing their firms' competitiveness through a greater understanding of competitor behaviors and future strategies as well as the market dynamics in which they do business.
