Hilton Birmingham Metropole delivers on every level, as the UK’s largest accommodation and conference hotel outside London: 31 flexible function rooms comfortably catering for 2 to 2,000 people, with a capacity to handle up to 5,000 delegates with ease across the entire hotel. It’s no wonder that over 1,800 successful conferences take place here each year, utilising 6,000 square metres of meeting space in a variety of configurations. Where smaller gatherings have a larger impact: elegant meeting suites allow you to host up to 50 people in comfort and style. Full Cancellation 1. Should you cancel any Event for any reason, including changing your meeting/function site to another hotel, you agree to pay us the applicable full cancellation damages. The full cancellation damages will be calculated as a percentage, based on the date of cancellation and the number of total guests listed below. 2. All notices of cancellation must be in writing and will take effect from the date of our receipt of your notice and the minimum numbers guarantees listed below. 3. Cancellation damages will be set out as a genuine pre-estimate of the Hotel’s profit loss, in line with MIA (Meeting Industry Association) guidelines, which for purposes of this agreement shall equal 90% of bedroom accommodation and room hire (“ARH”) and 65% of pre-booked “F&B”.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
