In consideration of social distancing the capacity noted below is based upon a six foot distance between attendees but also accounts for the number of staff / associates needed to support the meeting. The Social: The Social offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space that seamlessly transition to one another. The Napa-chic farm house architecture is accented with full height window walls that open to the adjoining outdoor areas. This one-of-a-kind venue features an expansive ballroom with dual-sided fireplace, lush event lawn with water features, stunning front patio and open-air courtyard bar and lounge. Attendees for social functions & meals will range from 60 - 80. Meetings capacity is likely optimized with social distancing at 64 attendees in schoolroom or crescent round meeting sets. The Pavillion: When you plan a meeting at The Estate Yountville, our surroundings serve as an instrument of inspiration. The Pavilion comes to life with two stunning adjoining gardens each with distinctly different settings. Combined, this unforgettable Napa Valley venue provides more then 15,000 square feet of sculpted terrace gardens and lush outdoor event space. As this space is primarily outdoors the entire space can accommodate 200 attendees for social gatherings and meals. From a meeting perspective this space is optimal for 100 - 120 guests in a schoolroom or crescent round meeting set. The Barrel Room: This evocative room is centrally located within The Estate Yountville property and combines the rustic character of the original 1870 Groezinger Winery with the exquisite style and amenities of a modern event experience. Grand wrought iron chandeliers and state-of-the-art theatrical and task lighting, together with several interior perimeter accent uplights, enhance this 2,470 square foot, ballroom-style space with glowing warmth from the floor to the 36-foot beam and rafter ceiling.
