El Teatro Octagon tiene varios espacios que están disponibles para alquilar para actuaciones, reuniones y eventos. El auditorio tiene capacidad para 622 personas y cuenta con excelentes instalaciones técnicas y escénicas que permiten que una nueva y emocionante gama de artistas y compañías vengan a Somerset. Hay una mayor flexibilidad dentro del Auditorio, ya que si hay foso de orquesta disponible, si es necesario, si no, se puede cubrir hasta el nivel del escenario, para formar un escenario de «empuje». El auditorio cuenta con asientos de lujo, excelentes líneas de visión y excelentes instalaciones entre bastidores. El estudio Johnson del Octagon Theatre está disponible para alquilar para una gran cantidad de funciones diferentes.
