Some of the complimentary services that our CVB offers to planners are:: *Complimentary sourcing of locations- we can refer you to properties that would be a good fit for your meeting and can also help to coordinate overflow guestroom options, when needed. *Site inspection services- once you narrow down which properties you would like to see I am happy to schedule tours with the contacts and accompany you to the properties and to any offsite venues that you wish to see in person *Visitors guides- we are happy to provide visitors guides for the prior year’s conference to generate interest and also for the year that you are here *Transportation incentive- we have funding available for groups with 100 or more room nights to help offset the costs of transportation to and from the airport or to offsite events. *Concierge assistance- we are happy to provide information to help your guests find options for entertainment when they are not at the conference.
