About us
The ARCOTEL Wimberger is situated in an ideal central location, only a few minutes from the Western Railway Station on foot and can be reached from Vienna International Airport within 30 minutes. For guests arriving by car, the hotel offers an underground car park with over 200 spaces and coach parking opposite the hotel. A maximum of flexibility is guaranteed! Everything is possible: ranging from cocktail receptions through to events, meetings, wedding celebrations and dance events for up to 970 participants. The ARCOTEL Wimberger in Vienna has more than 10 event rooms on two floors, which can be combined as required and flexibly expanded – for example, into a large ballroom flooded with daylight. Event equipment at a glance: • 10 seminar and event rooms for up to 970 people with daylight • Flexibly designed spaces with mobile partitions • 510 m² total area on the ground floor – can be expanded to 760 m² as a hall with gallery • 24 m² mounted stage and a dance floor up to 120 m² • Mobile bars • Joe's Bar as a side-location or VIP area • Exhibition spaces • Ground level access • Presidential Suite overlooking Vienna • The latest conference, lighting and presentation technology as well as technology for large screen projections, 5x4.5m • Wi-Fi Internet access, fax, Internet, ISDN and PC connection and streaming • Heavy current connection The conference centre is directly linked to the hotel ARCOTEL Wimberger and offers your meeting and conference participants not only an ideal setting for meetings and presentations, but also classy accommodation in 225 4-star-hotel rooms. The inhouse restaurant Handwerk and Joe's Bar ensure first-class catering for your conferences and, additionally, provide public restaurant and bar services for the guests who stay at the hotel.
