Bistrot de Venise is located in Venezia region of Italy. Bistrot de Venise first opened in 1993 and has since become a hangout and meeting place where the figurative arts, poetry and culture combine, simply, with Food and Wine. The venue can cater for business dinner, wedding anniversary, celebration and other special occasions of the locals and visitors to the region. > CUISINE Historical Venetian Cuisine with reinterpretations of recipes by Cuoco Anonimo Veneziano, Bartolomeo Scappi and others (14-18 centuries). A gastronomic journey back in time, to the ancient tastes and aromas of Venice, sweet and sour... rare spices... rice... baccalà (dried salted cod).
