Cancellation Policy
The security deposit will be fully refunded with a written notice received 30 days before the event date. In any other cases of cancellation, the security deposit will not be refunded. The full amount for the rental must be paid and received 48 hours prior of the event.
Additional details
Capacity : 40 sitting; 50 standing and mingling. More in the summer, when the verandahs are open, and the garden accessible. The renter has the responsibility to obtain a liquor license if alcohol will be served. Cash, cheque or international wire transfer only. Sorry, no credit card. A security deposit is required, which amounts to half of the rental fee. If no damage is done or additional cleaning needed, RHM will return the security deposit a few days after the event.
