Meeting Planner Feedback: The lunch buffets in Cucina were out of this world. Both were delicious. I feel we got great value for the price. I received many compliments on how good the food was. Similarly, our dinner at Express Lift was wonderful, especially the cornbread and the apple crisp dessert. Both chefs did an amazing job. It was a pleasure working with Amanda. She was very knowledgeable an made many very helpful suggestions regarding our catering. She is attentive to detail and was in touch with me often. We communicated really well together. She contributed greatly to the success of our retreat! Joanne in Banquets did an amazing job keeping our group well stocked with food and beverages. She was incredibly attentive to our group. Nikki was quite helpful too on our last afternoon. Tom Hood went out of his way to ensure that our dinner in Express Lift was a success. He very willingly had a vegetarian salad prepared at the last minute, because I forgot to order one on my BEO. Sue Winn did an amazing job with our reservations. She is very attentive to detail and provided me with updated confirmation number lists within minutes of me sending her any changes! I wish more people in reservations at other hotels were as good at their jobs as she is. We had a great experience at The Lodge for our retreat. Everything was great! “We have never met a more professional and classy group of people. Your management staff is incredible. They made everything for us completely stress free. They were always smiling and asking how they can help - and it was genuine, not just part of their job. I never had to worry about a thing! I think you will see some of our folks coming back in the spring, summer and fall seasons, because they didn’t realize there was so much to do - other than ski!” Robert Spicer, TriSept Corporation
