A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required to confirm an event. Progressive payments are invoiced leading up to the event with final payment required 30 days prior. Our cancellation conditions are: Upon signing contract - initial 20% deposit will be forfeited More than 120 days prior - cancellation fee equal to 30% More than 90 days prior - cancellation fee equal to 50% More than 60 days prior - cancellation fee equal to 75% More than 30 days prior - full cancellation fee
