The Peninsula Tokyo’s sweeping main entrance is conveniently located at the crossroads of Hibiya-dori and Harumi-dori Avenues, the gateway to the Marunouchi and Ginza districts. The Grand Ballroom is an exceptional setting for both private parties and business events. With its modern decor and views of the Imperial Palace Gardens, this elegant space can accommodate up to 250 guests for a reception. For smaller events and meetings, The Grand Ballroom can be divided into two separate sections. In addition, The Ginza Ballroom is a sleek, contemporary space crowned by a striking ring-shaped Swarovski crystal chandelier, providing a dramatic setting for business symposia, lunches, cocktail receptions, and glamorous dinners catered by The Peninsula’s award-winning chefs. There are two additional function spaces - The Sky Room and The Seven Seas Pacific Aviation Lounge - which may be used for a variety of event needs. The Peninsula Tokyo has 302 luxurious and spacious guestrooms and suites furnished in a modern and contemporary style with Japanese-accents, including the 3,730 sq ft (347 sq m) Peninsula Suite with its own private balcony, mini-gym and fully equipped kitchen and pantry. Each guestroom and suite is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic system that allows guests to control guestroom features with the touch of a button.
