Groups - Blocks of just overnight rooms - 10-60 are our target (can look at a little larger) CORPORATE - small (10-30 are perfect) groups are perfect. Perfect for meeting space and overnight rooms. SMERF - we are perfect for teams - only 2 room types of rooms: Kings w/ pullout and Doubles w/ 2 double beds and pullout, Complimentary breakfast buffet / easy access to most local sports locations / free bus parking Cruise Groups - perfect location, we are an estimated 20 minutes from the Cruise Port, free shuttle to Tampa Airport (10-15 minutes), extended parking packages, shuttle company (fee based) picks up passengers from our door to port. GOVERNMENT - huge, sitting only 20 minutes from MacDill we are in one of the more populated areas with Dining and entertainment options and closer to the airport. Not a lot to offer right outside of MacDill. Weekends in Tampa especially out of season: Mid-April -September tend to slow down, we can usually offer a more competitive rate during that time.
