In addition to the nationally-known Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the Spa Little Theater, the National Museum of Dance, the Saratoga Automobile Museum, the Gideon Putnam Resort and Roosevelt Baths and Spa, the park offers a multitude of traditional recreation opportunities.

The Saratoga Performing Arts Center is a complex consisting of a large amphitheater and a smaller indoor theater in Saratoga Springs, New York. It is on the grounds of the Saratoga Spa State Park.

Saratoga Race Course is a Thoroughbred horse racing track in Saratoga Springs, New York, United States. It opened on August 3, 1863, and it is typically open for racing from late July through early September.

Home Made Theater is a not-for-profit theater company committed to enhancing the cultural life of the Saratoga region. As the Resident Company in the historic Spa Little Theater we are a vital link in creating a thriving community. We believe in the ability of theater to entertain, educate and enrich people's lives. Our mission is to offer high quality theater productions of outstanding plays, produced by a dedicated group of professionally minded artists, to offer classes in the theater arts to people of all ages, and to provide the opportunity for exciting and rewarding participation in all aspects of the theater. HMT produces a four show season, between October and May. We offer dinner theater packages with area restaurants for the three "main-stage" productions. Each December we offer a "Theater for Families" production. HMT also offers acting classes for children, teens, and adults.

Saratoga Spa Golf Course is nestled amongst the majestic pines of the historic Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, NY. Our 18-Hole Championship Course is one of the premier courses in the Capital Region and is rated by Golf Digest's Best Places to Play. In the July 2012 issue of Golf Digest, Saratoga Spa Golf was listed as one of the 10 Best Courses in the US under $55. In addition to our Championship Course, we also have a 9-Hole Par 3 course, a full grass tee driving range, and Catherine's in the Park Restaurant that overlooks the beautiful Victoria Pool.

The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame, in the Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga, New York, was established in 1986 and is the only museum in the nation dedicated entirely to dance.

The mission of the Saratoga Automobile Museum is to preserve, interpret and exhibit automobiles and automotive artifacts. We celebrate the automobile and educate the general public, students and enthusiasts regarding the role of the automobile in New York State and in the wider world. In addition to technical and design aspects, our educational focus is on the past, present and future social and economic impact of the automobile.
