Dojima River Forum is conveniently located on the banks of the Dojima River in the thriving area of Nakanoshima. It contains an ultramodern multipurpose convention hall with a total floor space of 830m2. The hall comes equipped with the newest facilities available to service a huge range of events from fashion shows, concerts and symposiums to large corporate events and conventions.

A cancellation fee will be charged based on time of notification. ■Hall--Up to 91 days prior to the first day of use・・・ ¥300,000/day, 90～31 days prior・・・ ¥500,000/day 30 days prior to event・・・ ¥1,000,000/day ■Gallery--Up to 91 days prior to the first day of use ・・・ ¥45,000/day 90～31 days prior ・・・¥70,000/day 30 days prior to event ・・・ ¥140,000/day ※100% of expenses for already arranged equipment, labor, etc. will be billed at actual cost. ※ A flat fee will be charged for both the set-up day and the actual day of the event.
